Christmas is the time of year when the hustle and bustle reaches fever pitch. I don’t know about you but in this house everyone starts to get a bit overwhelmed and short tempered. Last year I could see that my son and I would both benefit from a bit of quiet time and as we’ve always found colouring to be such a therapeutic and meditative pastime, I decided to create a very special advent calendar. Colouring together not only helps us relax but it also strengthens our bond as we share this peaceful activity. It allows us to express our creativity and emotions in a calming way, fostering a sense of closeness and understanding between us.
